mission

To empower youth, families, and communities by providing support, skills, and programs that promote stability, resilience, and lifelong success.

vision

To build thriving communities where every young person and family can rise to their full potential and take their place on the front row of opportunity.

our story

Front Row Advantage, Inc. is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to helping youth and families rise to their highest potential. We believe every young person deserves the chance to sit on the “front row” of opportunity—no matter their background, challenges, or circumstances.

Front Row Advantage was created to bridge the gaps families face every day — emotional, academic, creative, and community-based. We uplift children and families through consistent support, creative expression, and transformative programming.

Through programs that build life skills, strengthen families, promote emotional well-being, and reduce justice-system involvement, we equip youth and caregivers with the tools they need to create lasting, generational change.

We are mentors, educators, creatives, advocates, and community partners committed to bringing support, structure, and hope to the families we serve.

our approach

We use a whole-family, whole-community model that blends:

  • Two-generational support

  • Social-emotional learning

  • Mentorship

  • Creative arts

  • Community collaboration

  • Trauma-informed care

This approach creates change that lasts.
